June Ramli is a journalist, editor, author and entrepreneur who first started her career working with the oldest English mainstream newspaper in Malaysia - The New Straits Times Press Malaysia Berhad.

As a journalist, June has covered politics, business, technology, courts, entertainment, sports, crime, and Malaysian parliamentary sittings.

It was also during this time that she decided to write a research-based book titled 'How Millionaires Got their First Break.' The idea behind her first book sprung when June was working on her very own fashion startup June Saira Lingerie which was inspired by Batik.

Her own entrepreneurial journey, along with six other Malaysian millionaires with self-created brands were featured in her maiden book addressing how they started their business venture from zero to hero.

Her maiden book received great traction in South East Asia resulting in her presenting talks on entrepreneurship in Malay at Bandar Seri Begawan twice, courtesy of invites received from the Brunei Economic Development Board and Brunei Shell Petroleum in 2013.

Fast forward to 2020, June has written and illustrated another book titled 'Yaya, Ezzy and Tante June's Trip to the Shops' which is available worldwide through Amazon.

Besides writing and designing, June is also into coding. Her first game app titled 'Tapiroo' was based on an age-old Malaysian game known as 'Galah Panjang.' The game was reviewed by several reputable Malaysian media companies in their respective publications after it was launched.

June has two university degrees, a graduate diploma in creative writing from UTS in Sydney and a communications degree from Universiti Putra Malaysia.
